| The Learning Sparks Educational Services (LSES for short) was founded in 2001, when a group of professionals came together with the aim to reach out to both teachers and parents with exceptional children and also to help these children with special needs. It offers collaborative consultation, diagnostic assessment, profiling and evaluation, counselling and support services, and treatment plans and intervention programs to meet the specific learning as well as socio-emotional behavioral needs of different children. These services are either home-based or centre-based. |
The LSES …
- has a training and development arm for adults and those who are interested in upgrading themselves or in the process of career change. It offers a wide range of short courses and workshops as well as public talks held at various places such as community centres, public libraries, kindergartens and schools. All these are designed through careful planning and are conducted by our team of professional trainers advised by a panel of highly qualified consultants with years of relevant training and working experiences.

- focuses on two main areas: (1) training and development for professionals and interested adults, and (2) learning support services for children with special needs.
- offers distance-learning courses for busy working adults, who would otherwise be unable to attend classes.
- has e-Libraries providing useful resources for our course trainees or anyone who wants to do research or find out more about a specific topic.
- has an e-Helper for teachers and/or parents who are looking for useful resources that they can use in teaching their children.
At the LSES …
- we believe in lifelong learning and development so that everyone can remain employable in his/her lifetime. In addition, we also want to become a one-stop meeting point where concerned teachers and/or parents can seek professional advices and assistance for their children in terms of their socio-emotional well-being and academic performance.
