Eligibility for User
The LSES services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

Policies
As a user of the site, you agree to support and in all manners with your control comply with all website Policies, which are incorporated by reference herein, including but not limited to Enrolment Policy, Payment Policy, Termination Policy, User Privacy Policy and Registration and Security Policy.

The contents or materials located on this website including information and all materials are protected by copyright, trademark and other forms of proprietary rights. All rights, title and interest in the contents are owned by, licensed to or controlled by www.lsesnet.com.

Fees
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars. The LSES may in its sole discretion add, delete or change some or all of the services at any time. You are responsible for paying all fees upon confirmation of enrolment/ registration/ services.

Disclaimers

5.1 As our tutors, teachers, therapists, counselors, trainers and consultants may be engaged by the LSES to fulfill certain services the LSES will not be responsible for their conduct. The LSES assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or communications. If in any case that you find anyone of his or her profile offensive, you may report an abuse of service to us by notifying Customer Service at admin@lsesnet.com.

5.2        The LSES shall in no event be liable for any damages, loss or expense including without limitation, direct, special
or consequential damage or economic loss arising from or in connection with:

     5.2.1      Any access, use or the inability to access or use this website, or reliance on the materials and/or any
                  information on the website.
     5.2.2      Any system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, delays in transmission, or computer
                  virus.
     5.2.3      Any use of or access to any other website linked to this website.

Limitations of Liability
The LSES and its partners, employees or associates are not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind. Any claim against us will be limited to the amount you paid for use of the service.

Breach
The LSES may terminate the services provided and any current service immediately if you breach this Agreement or if the LSES is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us.

General
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of Singapore as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within the Republic of Singapore between the LSES and its users. Both parties action arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court in the Republic of Singapore.

The services hereunder are offered by the LSES and located at www.lsesnet.com.

Enrolment Policy

12.1      The LSES reserves the right to cancel or postpone the service, course or program due to unforeseen              circumstances and refund of the full fee shall be made payable to its users.
12.2      Applicants are required to pay up the required fee before the date of commencement.
12.3      The full fee will be charged for withdrawals after commencement.

Payment Policy

13.1      For Singapore customers, cheques must be crossed.
13.2      For Overseas customers, payment must be made by bank drafts.
13.3      All payments must be prepaid in Singapore dollars and made payable to “Learning Sparks Educational Services”.
13.4      All payments should be sent to P.O. Box 120, Choa Chu Kang Central Post Office, Singapore 916834.

Termination Policy
Once subscription payment is made for the LSES e-Library and/or e-Helper service(s), there shall be no refund of fee should you intend to terminate your account.

User Privacy Policy
The LSES has created this privacy policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to our user’s privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the website.

15.1      The LSES uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and administer our website.
15.2      Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information.
15.3      The LSES uses cookies to track your transactions and maintain information about your activities on our
            site.
15.4      The LSES uses user contact information to send to user about information, changes or additions of our services.
15.5      The LSES may provide user information when necessary to certain of our associates in order to deliver our
            services to user.

Registration and Security Policy
As part of the registration process, you will select a password and a subscriber ID and provide accurate contact and other information.

16.1      You may not choose or use a subscriber ID of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; use a             subscriber ID in which another person has rights without such person’s authorization; or use a subscriber ID that             the LSES, in its sole discretion, deems offensive. Failure to comply constitutes a breach of this Agreement, which             may result in immediate termination of your account.
16.2      You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, which you will not have to reveal to any             associate or representative of the LSES.
16.3      You must notify Customer Service at admin@lsesnet.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your             account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your             password.
16.4     You are responsible for all usage or activity on your LSES account, including use of the account by any third             party authorized by you to use your subscriber ID and password. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal             activity may by grounds for termination of your account, at the LSES sole discretion, and the LSES may refer you             to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
